WhatsApp Will Soon Support Payments & Transfers To Banks Through Texts. #WhatsAppPayment

In the latest update of the Beta Version, WhatsApp confirmed that they will soon support Payments through its messaging App. Payments will be made in form of a text to your contacts.

With more than a billion users active each day, WhatsApp is taking a step in another direction with a step to enable payments to flow in an easy way. The messaging App announced they will enable immediate bank-to-bank transfer with UPI.

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is reportedly a payments system run by the Reserve Bank of India, where the service is likely to start operating there sooner enough.



WhatsApp has become a day-to-day messaging app which cannot be ignored. The service added many features in the past years including Location Sharing, Documents Transfer, Voice and Video Calls, Voice Notes Chat, Media Transfer, Live Status Updates and Message Delete Option. It has also grown to be used by corporations, schools, and businesses as a form communication. The payments option will surely make the app outstanding.
