Use the 'Embed' Option In Articles To Feature Videos, Statuses And Other Social Content

Embed is a great way for publishers to share content they do not do own to their own website or blog.
Most bloggers usually copy content or crop pictures when sharing to their own articles, which can be against copyright terms.

This is how you embed content to your site.

Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Go to the top right of the status and click the arrow facing down. (This option may be hidden on mobile devices.)

  • Click the Embed Option and Copy the HTML code displayed.

  • Go to your Blogger, Create a New Post, and Click 'HTML". The option next to 'Compose. paste the code and Go back to 'Compose'. The post may not appear the same in full when you go back to compose. However, after you publish, the post will go live with the embedded content in full.
YouTube.

  • Same steps are applied on YouTube videos, however, the embed option is not placed at the same location.
  • To find the YouTube embed, you will have to go below the Video you want to embed, and click 'Share'.
  • The Share button will display 3 options, which are Share, Embed and Email. Click the Embed and get the HTML code to post inside your article HTML section.

This is the easy way to share content as a publisher without infringing copyright terms. However, some YouTube videos may have this option disabled, not able to be embedded, for their own reason.
